Returns Scilab modes. 3 execution modes are possible: "STD", "NW", "NWNI".
"STD": the standard Scilab (desktop, gui, plot ...).
"NW": Scilab in command line with the plots.
"NWNI": Scilab in command line without any graphics.
Returns a 2nd argument for caller modes.
"PROGRAM": launched as a regular program.
"API": launched through an API.
